The location is very central. Its rooms are recently refurbished and warm with a bath and a powerful shower as advertised.
The room is very cold.

I thoroughly enjoyed convenient placing of an iron, a writing desk and coffee in the deluxe queen room. The continental breakfast was plentiful at 9.20 and reasonably priced. The location was incredible for exploring this lovely area, just off the centre of Canterbury, which itself is a good location for touring Kent, river walk, and the excellent restaurant.

The location was unbeatable and great, really close to Whitstable and other coastal areas. A pub outside seating area is nearby.- There was Tacos Locos just a couple of blocks away from the hotel.

14 days ago we were already here once and were very satisfied, because everything was just right. This time we lived in a rustic roof studio under old wooden beams, which had a certain charm.

It was a very relaxing time staying at this pleasant and beautifully decorated hotel. I was here for 4 nights and ate at pizza restaurant for dinner. I enjoyed the delightful decor it had. The staff were accommodating, the location was fab. Besides, the area was nice enough, next to Sidney Cooper Gallery. Furthermore, the parking was outside and convenient.

A cute little hotel, right in the centre of Canterbury - in an old house with floorboards. Very comfortable, a good bed and the possibility to make tea and coffee in the room. Free parking directly behind the hotel. The personally addressed welcome letter on laid paper was beautiful. It's almost a rarity.
Unfortunately it was not possible to open the windows completely - only a crack.
